How pricing works
One number for the whole season.
Priced by the property
Lawn size, driveway length, slope and access set the price. Some we price from the address; some we walk first.
Fixed until the season ends
A big snow year or a wet summer doesn't change what you pay.
Add-ons any time
Cleanups, mulch, shoveling and stump grinding are priced per job and added to the same plan.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many of our customers aren't. Just tell us about gates, pets or anything in the way.
How is the price set?
By the property: lawn size, driveway length, slope and access. You get one seasonal number up front, and it doesn't change.
Can I add services mid-season?
Yes. Mulch, cleanups, stump grinding and walkway shoveling can be added any time. We'll price it and fit it into the route.
What happens if I sell the house?
Let us know and we'll settle up for the rest of the season, or carry the plan over to the new owner if they'd like.
