How often do you mow?
Every week from May through October. In a dry stretch we may skip a week rather than cut a stressed lawn, and we'll let you know.
When do you plow?
Once a storm drops about 3", your driveway is on the route automatically. You don't need to call.
What if it snows overnight?
We run early so driveways are open for the morning. During long storms we come back as the snow keeps falling.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many of our customers aren't. Just tell us about gates, pets or anything in the way.
How is the price set?
By the property: lawn size, driveway length, slope and access. You get one seasonal number up front, and it doesn't change.
Can I add services mid-season?
Yes. Mulch, cleanups, stump grinding and walkway shoveling can be added any time. We'll price it and fit it into the route.
What happens if I sell the house?
Let us know and we'll settle up for the rest of the season, or carry the plan over to the new owner if they'd like.
